Cancellations & Returns

At BeautyJunction, we take utmost care to ensure customer satisfaction. We are committed to making your shopping experience with us as delightful as possible. Every seller listed with us is required to enter into a legal agreement to sell only brand new and 100% genuine products. We diligently approve only those sellers who can be trusted to sell you high quality products at unbeatable prices. Most of our products are directly sourced from manufacturers, importers, and authorized distributors. We don’t allow sale of duplicates, knock-offs, used items or grey-channel products on BeautyJunction.

 
01   CANCELLATION

By Customer: Any order placed by you on BeautyJunction is a firm commitment towards purchase; please re-check the product and other details before placing the order. However, we do allow order cancellations before your order gets shipped. You will need to write to our Customer Support Team at support@beautyjunction.in within 24 hours of completing the payment. The mail should be followed by a confirmation call to our Customer Care Number at +91 9087892222 to confirm order cancellation. Orders can be cancelled only if the above mentioned procedure is followed by the customer, and also if the ordered products have not been shipped already. An order cannot be cancelled if the order consisted of multiple products and a part of those products have already been shipped. Once the cancellation of an order is accepted by us, your entire order amount will be refunded within 7 working days through the same payment mode which was used to pay for the order.
By BeautyJunction: There could be times where BeautyJunction may be required to cancel an order or part of an order, due to, though not limited to, reasons like Force Majeure conditions, unavailability of the ordered product, change in price, change or inaccuracy in product information, etc. We will call/write to the customer to inform them about the cancellation and will refund the amount paid by the customer within 7 working days.

 
02   RETURNS

Since we are a B2B marketplace, we only accept returns where products are delivered in damaged or defective state. While delivery is usually safe, there could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged or defective product. In such circumstances, we will replace, refund or exchange the product at no extra cost. To enable us to consider your return request you need to inform us within 2 working days from the day your order was delivered to you. Please send us an email at support@beautyjunction.in or call our Customer Care Number at +91 9087892222. Post receiving your request, our Customer Support Team will inform you about the pickup process. Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition. Include all labels, original packaging and invoice along with the product. In most cases, we ensure that pickup is arranged at the earliest and we ship the replacement as soon as we receive the item from our courier/logistic partner. In the rare scenario where a pickup cannot be done in certain areas, you can ship the product through any other courier. You will be reimbursed for the shipping charges after a scanned copy of the original receipt is emailed to us.

 
03   REFUNDS

The refund process will be initiated once the product is received at its origin and all quality checks are completed to ensure that the product is unused, in original packaging and in good condition, except of course for the issue described by you. We will refund the entire amount paid by you for the product to your Bank Account within 7 working days of the product reaching us.

 
04   TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions are applicable while raising a return request.

  • Please do not accept delivery of any item whose packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Report such instances immediately by calling our Customer Care Number at +91 9087892222. We will try to ensure that a replacement delivery is sent to you at the earliest
  • Returns/replacements will be accepted only for those items which are found to be faulty/defective
  • If you open the packaging and discover that the item is defective/damaged, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will carry out a quality check to validate the complaint before processing any request for refund/replacement
  • Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement
  • Please note that the returned product should be unused and in original condition. All original packaging, labels, price tags, leaflets, manuals, warranty/guarantee cards, freebies, accessories, etc. should be sent back along with a copy of original invoice. The courier will not accept the product in absence of these items
  • To ensure that the quality of the product is maintained, we request you to make sure that the products are properly packaged when you are returning them
  • If any or all products that were originally part of an order purchased using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will not be included in the refund. If the returned products are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer
  • The refund/replacement process will be initiated once the product is received at its origin and all quality checks are completed to ensure that the product is unused, in original packaging and in good condition
  • Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. In case we are unable to replace the damaged/defective product, we will refund your amount within 7 working days
  • Gift Vouchers and gift certificates are not returnable or refundable for cash
  • Products sold as sets/combos cannot be exchanged or returned individually
  • The final decision on the return request will lie with BeautyJunction and cannot be contested

 
05   EXCEPTIONS

Although we try to be as flexible as we possibly can, there are a few instances where your return requests may be declined straightaway due to the following exceptions. We will send a notification to your registered email address informing you of the same. Such instances may include:

  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame
  • Missing items from the package that was delivered including price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies and accessories etc.
  • Damaged/defective products that are covered under the manufacturer's warranty
  • Product damage due to misuse or incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
  • Any consumable item that has been opened, used or installed
