Overview

We are a fast growing beauty startup with a mission to revolutionize how beauty supplies are purchased. We are looking for customer experience associates who can handle customer inquiries and work closely with technical and management staff in resolving queries and issues. This role will require you to engage with customers over the phone, via email, or live chat. You should be able to converse well in English, Tamil, and Hindi. We need someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people, and is focused on providing amazing customer service. We are only looking at female candidates at this point in time.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential leads
Deliver amazing customer experience through phone, email
Keep track of outbound call history and customer responses in detail
Ensure customer follow-up
Send mails, brochures, catalogs to prospective customers
Handle customer needs and requirements

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

EXPERIENCE: 1 - YEAR

Overview

We are looking for highly motivated and self-oriented outbound sales representative for our team. This individual will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential prospects and will manage new customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

Recognize and reach out to beauty salons
Pitch our products and services
Capture customer contact details and update in our systems
Follow through with customer and ensure satisfaction
Create collateral to distribute by email
Create and assess a business marketing strategy
Demonstrate company products and solutions
Articulate competitive positioning
Record customer interactions in lead tracking and customer issue tracking systems
Follow up with leads aggressively
Solicit feedback on products and services

Requirements

  • Anyone who has good communication skills and a flair for learning Sales
  • Candidates should be fluent in English & Tamil
  • Knowledge of Spoken Hindi highly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiating and organizational skills
  • Proven marketing and sales skills
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to deal effectively with people and communicate clearly in non-technical language

E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE

EXPERIENCE: 2 - YEARs

We’re looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. The job will require you to be in line with the enthusiasm & efforts encountered by the team along with a clear focus on achieving targets & creating new bench marks for them. Responsibilities

Monitor online customer feedback and be the main point of contact for all internal website queries
Create & maintain website content and ensure all content is up to date and ensure all pages, products & prices on the site are correct, updated and in line with business at all times
Create & implement tactical offers to support specific products and target specific market
Responsible for creating high lead converting landing pages, news articles and keyword rich pages
Assist in day to day management of PPC campaigns implementation & monitoring
Assist in day to day management of SEO strategy, implementation & monitoring
Manage day to day social media implementation
SEO / SEM Knowledge will be an added advantage
Co-ordinate all website issues with 3rd party partners
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements

  • Experience in online/digital domain atleast for a year
  • Self- Motivated & a Team Player
  • Past experience in E-commerce operations preferably from beauty background
  • Strong Interpersonal and social Skills
  • Excellent communicator – Spoken and written skills in English. Tamil Language knowledge will be a bonus
  • Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions
  • Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision
  • E-commerce logistics operations experience would be a big Plus
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
