At BeautyJunction, we strive to achieve fast, safe and reliable shipping of products to our customers. We are committed to delivering your order accurately and always on time. To achieve this, we have partnered with some of the top courier and logistics companies in India. We request you to provide correct contact/shipping details while you place an order as the delivery address cannot be changed after the order is placed.
01 FREE SHIPPING
We want to provide our customers a delightful shopping experience and our FREE SHIPPING policy is geared towards that. At BeautyJunction you get FREE SHIPPING on purchases of Rs.1000 or more anywhere across India. Orders less than Rs.1000 will be charged a nominal shipping fee of Rs.90.
02 HANDLING CHARGE
Some products have a disproportionate Selling Price and Shipping Weight ratio. For those products we may apply an additional Handling Charge to ensure the safety of delivery. The Handling Charge applicable per quantity of the product can be checked by entering your pin code details on the product page. The total shipping charge applicable on the entire order will be displayed in the cart and also on the checkout screen.
03 ORDER STATUS
We provide constant updates (by SMS or email) as your order gets processed and shipped. In case you do not receive a SMS or email from us within 24 hours of placing an order please check your spam folder or get in touch with our customer support team. You can also track your orders through BeautyJunction. Tracking may not appear online for up to 24 hours, so please wait until your package is scanned by the logistics company.
04 DELIVERY TIME
Orders are usually delivered within 5-7 working days depending on the location. Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, National and Public Holidays at the source and destination locations. Heavy, bulky, voluminous products or products that cannot be air-shipped due to Government Regulations are shipped through our surface logistics partners. Such products can take up to 10-15 working days to be delivered. While we make every effort to process your order quickly, there could be instances where actual delivery time could be a little longer due to non-availability of product, erroneous delivery address, and logistic company rules.
If we are unable to ship your full order within 10 days, we will cancel the unshipped part of the order and notify you by email. Your payment against the unshipped part of the order will be refunded.
05 DELIVERY COVERAGE
By partnering with some of India's leading logistic companies, BeautyJunction is able to ship orders to almost every corner of India. Currently we do not deliver to locations outside India.
06 LOGISTICS PARTNERS
To ensure timely and safe delivery, we have partnered with India's most trusted logistics providers like FedEx, Delhivery, & Blue Dart.
While we try to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product availability, shipping location, nature of product, etc. Rest assured that even if items are shipped separately, they will reach you in a timely manner at no extra cost. In the event that a delivery cannot be effected due to incorrect address provided by the customer, the order will be re-shipped by BeautyJunction only on payment of additional charges by the customer. The shipping charges can be modified by BeautyJunction at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout screen. BeautyJunction will not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of orders caused due to any reason beyond its control. Delayed shipments accepted by the customer shall be deemed as delivered and completed. In any case, the liability of BeautyJunction will be limited to the refund of the order amount and in no case shall BeautyJunction be responsible for any damages or incidental expenses.
